§ 1 / 7

IoT · Robotics · Full-stack

I connect machines to the people who run them.

I'm Ngoc Huan Nguyen. I build the software that takes data from devices and robots to the people who use it: Java services on AWS IoT Core, data in PostgreSQL, and Angular dashboards.

§1Collect · About me

Raw input: who I am.

Every system starts by collecting data. Here's the first reading.

I design and build end-to-end IoT systems. Devices and robots publish through AWS IoT Core, Java / Spring Boot services process and store the data in PostgreSQL, and Angular dashboards put it in front of operators.

I care about what makes connected products trustworthy in the field: secure provisioning, device state that stays in sync, updates that can't brick a device, and monitoring you can debug at 3am.

§2Manage · Skills

Pin configuration.

Each pin is a skill I use in production. Scroll to power up each side of the chip.

  1. North · BackendJava services that process, validate and route device data.
  2. East · FrontendAngular dashboards and control panels operators rely on.
  3. South · DataPostgreSQL schemas built for time-series telemetry and device state.
  4. West · Cloud IoTAWS IoT Core: secure connectivity, rules and device shadows.

§3Publish · Live device

A device on AWS IoT Core.

A simulated thermostat running the same patterns I ship: MQTT telemetry, a Device Shadow for state, and offline buffering. It also drives the pipeline counters at the top of the page. Try the controls.

    P-01Robotics fleet

    Warehouse robot fleet monitor

Live status, battery and position for 30 autonomous mobile robots. Robots report through AWS IoT Core, a Spring Boot service tracks state with Device Shadows, and an Angular map shows the fleet in real time.

    Device provisioning service

Zero-touch onboarding with AWS IoT Fleet Provisioning. A Java service validates serial numbers, issues certificates and registers every device in PostgreSQL.

    Factory energy dashboard

Angular dashboard over a PostgreSQL time-series schema with per-machine energy, drill-down, alerts and shift reports for plant managers.

    Robot arm remote control

Browser control panel for a 4-axis robot arm. Commands travel over MQTT through AWS IoT Core with acknowledgements, and the safety stop works even if the web app disconnects.
